High School Fall 7s

More Rugby. More Development. More Confidence

Golden Eagle Rugby’s High School Fall 7s program gives athletes grades 9-12 an opportunity to stay active, continue developing their rugby skills, and build confidence during the fall.

Running from August through November, Fall 7s provides a focused development environment where players get more opportunities to handle the ball, make decisions, attack space, defend in open field, and contribute to every phase of the game.

The program is also designed as a seamless pathway into our Winter 15s Training Program. Rather than taking the fall off and starting over in the winter, athletes build their skills, fitness, rugby IQ, and confidence throughout the fall before transitioning directly into preparation for the spring 15s season.

Whether your athlete is new to rugby, developing as a club player, or preparing for collegiate rugby, Fall 7s keeps them playing, learning, and improving throughout the year.
