    • Complete SportsEngine 2026 Registration

      • Sign In to SportsEngine or Create a New Account if you don’t have one

      • Select the Player Profile you are registering or Add a New Player Profile

      • Select your Club and Age Group

      • Sign any waivers/agreements

      • Select payment method

      • Review and Submit Registration

    • Create/Renew USA Rugby membership through Rugby Xplorer

  • All players are placed on the team that corresponds to their age as of Sept 1st of the current school year.

    Example: A player who is 12 years old on September 1st of the current school year will play on the Under14 team because they were not UNDER 12 on September 1st.

  • Our program starts at 5 years old and runs through high school.

  • There are typically 2 practices during the week. On occasion, coaches may add a weekend training or friendly match if there is no league match scheduled that week.

  • It depends on the Age Group.

    U8 does not travel out of state.

    U10, U12, and U14 typically travel to Ruggerfest tournament in Charlotte NC. U8 may play up an age group with coach approval if they’d like to travel. Occasionally coaches may schedule an away match in a neighboring state and will notify teams individually.

    High School teams will have scheduled matches out-of-state including up to 2 tours that require air travel.
